General information about the online store
The online store's products are sold by Adamas Oy business ID number 3322222-4. We sell products to individuals and companies of legal age in Finland and the EU region. Product prices include value added tax (24%). The currency is the euro (EUR). We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the www.cerubi.fi online shopping cart. The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
Payment methods
The products and their postage are paid when ordering. You can pay in the online store with the following payment methods; Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Osuuspankki, S-bank, Savings banks and bank or credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard. You can also pay with Klarna Pilko payment or Klarna Pay Later payment.
Payment service provider
Klarna AB works as a payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Delivery time
Delivery time 2-4 business days from the arrival of the order. We mail products every weekday. The customer will be informed separately by e-mail about deviating delivery times.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method of the shopping cart. You will receive a delivery ID with the order.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in their original packaging.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products.
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@cerubi.fi. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in transit, the product must be immediately complained to the transport company.
Change
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time. Cerubi.fi strives to keep the price information and product availability information up-to-date and correct, but does not guarantee the accuracy of the information or the availability of the products and is not responsible for them. If the presented price has been clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. Cerubi.fi processes all customer data completely confidentially.
