EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange the unused product purchased from the online store for another size or color or return it within 14 days. You can return your order to the online store free of charge. Products ordered from the online store always have a 14-day right of return. The returned product must be unused.

When you want to return a product, send us an e-mail requesting a return form. Title your message "Return / order number xxxxxx and send it to our customer service at info@cerubi.fi, where you can get return instructions. To improve our customer service, we kindly ask you to tell us the reason for the return.

If you want to exchange your product for a different size or color, inform our customer service and return the product to be exchanged according to the instructions received. We will inform you of the delivery time of replacement products by email. Please note that it is not possible to completely change to another product. In this case, we recommend you place a new order. Take the customer return to the post office and ask the post office for a receipt for your return. Keep the receipt until you receive a confirmation from us in your e-mail that your return has been received. We only replace a shipment lost during the return if the customer has a receipt for the return.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

Only products purchased on Cerubi.fi can be returned to Adamas Oy (322222-4). Please make sure that the product to be returned was purchased from the https://cerubi.fi online store.

In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order. Delivery costs will be refunded if you return your entire order. If you only return part of the products, the shipping costs remain on your order. The return is free of charge for the consumer. Products delivered in the same batch must be returned in one batch.

It usually takes 2-5 business days for a customer return to arrive at our warehouse. We process returns in order of arrival. You will always receive a notification in your email when we have received your return.

We will charge a new delivery fee for reshipping an order that was not picked up. Not picking up an order is not the same as a customer return. If you want to cancel your order after it has already been sent to you, pick up the shipment from the post office and return it to us following these return instructions. We will charge the customer for the additional packaging, shipping and return costs incurred by us in the event that the shipment has not been picked up for reasons attributable to the customer and has been returned to our online store.

If the product to be returned has been damaged after receipt, has been put into use or is otherwise not in a salable condition, Cerubi.fi is not obliged to refund the product. Undergarments (underpants, bras) cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not accept complaints about products whose design is deliberately unmaintained, for example jeans with holes. It is natural for a knitted product to fluff up during use and it is part of the product's properties. If the knitted product contains artificial fibers, the customer accepts the pilling caused by the material when purchasing the product. In eyelet knitted products, we assume that thread pulls are caused by use. If the customer notices a thread pull in the new product immediately after receiving the product, he is obliged to complain about it immediately.

We reserve the right not to send products to the customer or to remove the customer from our customer register if the customer repeatedly violates our general conditions or customer return conditions.
