- The Cerubi.fi online store tries to process orders as soon as possible after receiving the order. The delivery time for products in stock is approximately 2-5 business days. During promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
-If the product is not in stock, it may be ordered separately. The estimated delivery time for these order products is about 2-4 weeks. Our customer service will contact you if the delivery time is significantly longer or if it is an order product.
- The delivery time of products on pre-sale is indicated separately on the product pages. All pre-sale products have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the product.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
-If the product you ordered is in stock, the estimated delivery time is about 2-5 business days. When ordering, you agree to take into account that the product may not be in stock and may be ordered separately.

- Pre-sale products are paid for when ordering, even if the product is delivered later. Invoices for purchases made through Klarna are activated immediately upon ordering, but the right to return is valid from the moment the product is received.
- The shipping costs of products purchased from the online store are indicated on the checkout page when the products have been moved to the shopping cart.
- In connection with the order confirmation, we will inform you whether it is a stock product or an order product. If the product batch has run out, we will keep the customer informed about the status of the order.
-If you absolutely want the product by a certain date, please mention it when ordering. We try to take your wishes into account as much as possible.
-If you order several products with different delivery times, we will deliver the products according to the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.
-Cerubi.fi delivers products to Finland and EU countries.
-Cerubi.fi also delivers products to Åland, in which case the value added tax on the order is automatically removed.
-Cerubi.fi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, such as industrial action measures, official decisions, transportation problems, natural disasters or other similar factors. If such an obstacle continues for more than three months, both parties have the right to terminate the transaction without penalty.
- This version of the delivery conditions has been adapted to the use of the Cerubi.fi online store, and it has taken into account the delivery methods and costs we offer, as well as the necessary conditions.
ONLINE STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE
Return/exchange time is 14 days. Returns/exchanges must always be reported to info@cerubi.fi
-In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order. Delivery costs will be refunded if you return your entire order.
-If you only return part of the products, the shipping costs remain on your order.
- The return is free of charge for the consumer.
- Products delivered in the same batch must be returned in one batch.
-Customer returns usually take 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. We process returns in order of arrival. You will always receive a notification in your email when we have received your return.
- We will charge a new delivery fee for resending an order that was not picked up.
- Not picking up an order is not the same as a customer return. If you want to cancel your order after it has already been sent to you, pick up the shipment from the post office and return it to us following these return instructions. We will charge the customer for the additional packaging, shipping and return costs incurred by us, a total of 10 euros, in the event that the shipment has not been picked up for reasons attributable to the customer and has been returned to our online store.
- If the product to be returned is damaged, put into use or otherwise not in a salable condition, Cerubi.fi is not obliged to refund the product.
-Underwear (underpants, bra) and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
-Sometimes, despite careful packaging, the product may break during postal transport. For this reason, it is good to check the condition of the product in the presence of the postal clerk already when picking up the package. If the package is damaged in transit and if the ordered products are also damaged, immediately file a damage report at the post office and then contact our customer service to agree on the delivery of a new product. Return broken products to Cerubi.fi according to these return instructions.
- It is natural for knitted products to become linty during use and it is part of the product's properties, so it is not the subject of a complaint.
- We reserve the right not to send products to the customer or to remove the customer from our customer register, if the customer repeatedly violates our general conditions or our customer return conditions.
